The front desk and Azalea Bar staff were so nice, helpful, and informative. Definitely the highlight of the stay! The location was super convenient, close to Biltmore Estate and walkable to downtown.

The Residences was in an excellent location, easy to get to, with ample parking and very clean. The property was fairly quiet with nice amenities. The apartment that we had was a really nice size with a giant bedroom and bathroom and the kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking items. The balcony was enjoyable to sit on and look outside. While we didn’t use the pool unfortunately it looked like a good time.

The location was good. The condo was cute, but the bed was horrible and the walls were paper thin and doors were being slammed outside to all hours of the night. in flight pattern of the airport. Got no sleep at all.

The layout of the suite was excellent. We came from the airport before our rooms were ready and were allowed to leave our bags in the locked conference room while we explored town. Very quiet at night in the room. Breakfast and service was great at the restaurant.

Suites were perfect. The layout of the suites made our stay so comfortable. Traveled with a girlfriend and we both had our private bedroom with bath. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen and living room with a balcony was great space to visit and unwind after our day at Biltmore and Asheville. Quiet location. Great restaurant. Couldn’t ask for more.

The bed, pillows, and bedding were extremely comfortable. We loved the separate shower/jacuzzi bathtub combo. Loved the private balcony and fireplace. It was very nice having a full size refrigerator instead of the usual mini fridge you'd usually find in other hotels. And we were happy about the privacy, no need to constantly walk past employees at the front desk every time we wanted to leave the room to go out on the town. The 2nd young lady that helped with our check in was MUCH more kind, friendly, & helpful so we ultimately decided to keep our honeymoon reservations here.
